Looking back, 2025 was a good year for Kelp.
Not because of any single milestone, but because the work and the direction both felt right.
As the year wraps up, here’s a look at what we’ve been up to — and what we’re looking ahead to in 2026.

Work got done. Life happened, too. We’re grateful for both.
How We Worked in 2025
This year, we stayed focused on doing good work without overcomplicating things.
Over time, we’ve grown more comfortable in how we work and what we’re best at. We stayed hands-on, leaned into the tools and platforms we know deeply, and continued expanding our knowledge — both by deepening our understanding of the tools and systems we already use and by learning new ones when they made sense. That learning shaped how we design, develop, and support our work, with the goal of better serving our clients over the long term.
As we wrapped up our time in a long-standing rental and coworking space, we shifted to fully remote work — a practical transition that allowed us to stay focused while planning what comes next.
The Building
In 2025, plans for a permanent Kelp home became real.
Construction on a 1,600 sq ft studio will begin in 2026, with completion planned for Q3 2026. This isn’t about expansion for expansion’s sake. It’s about creating a space that supports how we actually work — focused, collaborative, and built with intention.

Looking Ahead to 2026
In 2026, we’re looking forward to establishing a physical home in Brooksville, Florida, while continuing to support clients across the country and around the world.
Our focus remains the same:
- Building thoughtful, well-crafted digital work
- Staying passionate, experienced, and hands-on
- Being more present and engaged in the local community
We’re not chasing trends or trying to become something we’re not. We’re building at a pace that feels sustainable — for our clients, our team, and our families.
