A deliberately unserious brand with a very serious commitment to the bit.
Over five years, Unprofitable has become a proving ground for ideas that probably shouldn’t work—but do anyway. Each brand is treated like a real venture, with real strategy, real design systems, and real follow-through. The fun comes from the contrast: serious execution wrapped around intentionally absurd ideas.

The Original Malaphortunate Cookies
Malaphortune Cookies is designed to feel familiar at first glance—clean typography, confident structure, and shelf-ready packaging. Built around malaphors and “botched wisdom,” the brand pairs straight-faced design with language that’s just slightly off, letting the humor land without the visuals ever trying too hard.

A whole lotta fun in five short years
Turbo Yerba doesn’t whisper about wellness—it yells. Loud color, maximalist energy, and the lightning-eyed mascot Yerboi drive a flexible system designed to explode across cans, merch, and screens while staying unmistakably Unprofitable.

Turbo Heart
Turbo Heart applies that same intensity somewhere unexpected: heart health. With racing-inspired type and a bold mechanical heart icon, the brand treats vitality like performance—fast, aggressive, and confidently overbuilt.
